About Course

The complete foundation of professional AI use, in plain language — no maths, no code. A 20-minute hands-on Quickstart plus ten in-depth modules (each in two parts): how AI works, prompt engineering, writing, data, automation, ethics, advanced agents, and building both a personal and a team AI strategy. Built entirely around real professional work.

Course Content

Quickstart — Your First 20 Minutes
Pure practice before theory. By the end you'll have an AI tool open, used it for three real tasks, and produced something genuinely useful — actually done by you, not described. The fastest possible proof that this belongs to you.

  • Your First 20 Minutes

Module 1 — Foundations of Professional AI Fluency
What this programme is and isn't: not data science or engineering, but working mastery — directing AI precisely, evaluating outputs critically, knowing when to trust and when to verify. The three types of AI you'll meet professionally, and why this moment is a genuine inflection point.

Module 2 — Understanding Large Language Models
Inside the machine at a conceptual, not mathematical, level. A mental model accurate enough to predict AI behaviour, understand its failure modes, and decide when and how to use it. Like knowing how to drive expertly without studying automotive engineering.

Module 3 — Prompt Engineering for Professionals
The single highest-impact module on your daily work. Most professionals use AI at roughly twenty percent of its potential, this closes that gap. Introduces the RCTF framework and the core prompting techniques that produce consistently high-quality results.

Module 4 — AI for Writing and Communication
Writing is the currency of professional life. How AI changes its economics, not by replacing your voice, judgement, or expertise, but by removing the mechanical burden so your energy goes to the higher-order contributions that actually shape how your ideas land.

Module 5 — AI for Data, Research, and Analysis
If writing is where AI saves time, research and analysis is where it creates genuine competitive advantage. The distinction matters and this module shows how to use AI for work that goes beyond faster output to better-informed decisions.

Module 6 — AI for Project and Workflow Automation
A shift in perspective: from AI as a tool you use one task at a time, to AI as infrastructure, systems running in the background, handling recurring tasks automatically, returning your attention to work that genuinely needs human judgement.

Module 7 — AI Ethics, Risk, and Governance at Work
One of the most important modules because the risks are real, largely invisible until something goes wrong, and the professionals who understand them now will be far better positioned than those who meet them reactively. Building AI capability AND AI governance.

Module 8 — Advanced Prompting and AI Agents
The layer beyond RCTF that most professionals never reach: system prompts, multi-turn reasoning chains, and AI agents, what they are, how they work, deploying them responsibly. The shift from skilled user to configurator, building your own persistent AI assistant.

Module 9 — Building Your Personal AI Strategy
What most AI training skips: translating everything you've learned into a concrete, personalised, scheduled plan. Because knowledge without action is just trivia, this module turns capability into a routine you'll actually follow.

Module 10 — AI Strategy for Teams and Organisations
The final module — whether everything you've built stays with you alone or multiplies through the people around you. The leadership behaviours, measurement practices, and cultural conditions that make team-level AI adoption take root and compound.
